Wilder World Opens ‘Super Early Access’ Registration Following Expansion to Solana

Wilder World, the ambitious open-world metaverse project, has issued its first wave of “Super Early Access” invitations—offering more users the chance to explore, test, and shape its evolving digital world. The announcement comes just days after the project completed cross-chain expansion on Solana.

A First Step Into the Metaverse

Described as a blend of high-speed racing, first-person shooting, and RPG-driven missions, Wilder World aims to offer players a dynamic, fully owned digital experience. The new Super Early Access phase represents the project’s most hands-on milestone to date, introducing fresh gameplay features and refinements aimed at building core systems ahead of broader access.

Among the latest updates:

  • Combat and Utility Enhancements: Adjustments to weapon balance (including increased AR-15 damage), new tools like smoke grenades, and an improved respawn system now allow players to re-enter the game with their previously equipped gear.
  • Environmental Interactivity: The addition of destructible props such as boxes and cones adds a layer of realism and engagement.
  • Visual and UI Improvements: Refreshed pipe models, wall impact effects, and weapon spawn visuals enhance immersion, while a curved HUD and sharper mini-map give the interface a more futuristic look.
  • Player Experience Features: Custom key binding support and a more informative kill feed contribute to a more personalized and polished experience. A new leaderboard sorting option gives competitive players better insight into their performance.

While still in its early stages, the rollout of Super Early Access gives select players the chance to provide feedback and witness the metaverse’s development firsthand.

Solana Expansion: A Strategic Cross-Chain Move

The Super Early Access release follows closely on the heels of a major technical update: the launch of WILD on the Solana blockchain. Announced on May 8, this move expands the Wilder World ecosystem beyond its Ethereum roots, allowing users to trade the SOL/WILD pair.

A Solana Beach has also been added in Wiami, the in-game city, marking a bold new chapter in Wilder World aimed at forging deeper connections between decentralized communities.

According to the team, the decision to integrate Solana was guided by its high throughput, low fees, and active community—especially in the NFT and Web3 gaming sectors. The expansion is framed as additive rather than transitional: Ethereum and Polygon ZKVM remain part of the project’s broader infrastructure, alongside the ongoing rollout of Wilder World’s proprietary Z Chain.

For users and developers, the cross-chain capability could translate to greater accessibility, improved liquidity, and new opportunities for collaboration across decentralized communities.

Moving Forward, One Layer at a Time

The dual announcements—the Solana integration and Super Early Access—underscore Wilder World’s evolving approach to building a multi-faceted metaverse platform. By aligning technical updates with early gameplay testing, the project appears to be laying the groundwork for both community engagement and long-term scalability.

Still, the road ahead is significant. As with any early-access game, especially one intertwined with Web3 technologies, much depends on continued development, player feedback, and the team’s ability to deliver on its expansive vision.

For now, Wilder World is taking meaningful steps forward—measured, deliberate, and increasingly visible.
