Season 3 of Artyfact’s competitive “Leaderboard Rush” is now live, bringing with it a $30,000 prize pool aimed at rewarding both elite competitors and a wide base of active players. The new season continues the game’s recurring leaderboard format, where participants earn ArtyPoints through in-game performance to secure ranked positions and cash prizes.

The reward structure is heavily tiered:
- 🥇 1st place – $3,000
- 🥈 2nd place – $2,000
- 🥉 3rd place – $1,000
- 4th–5th places – $500 each
- 6th–10th places – $250 each
- 11th–25th places – $100 each
- 26th–50th places – $50 each
- 950 randomly selected players – $20 each
While the largest rewards target top-ranked competitors, the inclusion of 950 randomized prizes introduces a broader participation incentive, lowering the barrier for casual players to potentially earn a payout.
Season 3 is accessible through the Epic Games Store, marking another step in the studio’s effort to position the title within mainstream PC distribution channels.
A Free Competitive Shooter With Mobility at Its Core
Artyfact positions itself as a “gaming metaverse,” blending arena shooter design with hero-based abilities and vehicular combat. At its foundation, the game is a third-person multiplayer shooter built around high mobility and dynamic encounters.
One of its defining mechanics is the use of adaptive jetpacks, allowing players to evade enemy fire, reposition mid-combat, and gain vertical advantages. This emphasis on aerial movement creates faster engagements compared to traditional grounded shooters.
Vehicles also play a prominent role. Certain machines are capable of crossing rivers, transforming into turret platforms, or delivering heavy firepower in convoy-style pushes. This combination of infantry combat and mechanized warfare introduces shifting tactical scenarios across matches.
Additionally, abilities—referred to as scattered skills—are distributed throughout maps. Players collect and deploy these at opportune moments, creating variable power spikes and adding unpredictability to firefights.
The overall design leans toward spectacle-driven competitive play, blending hero elements, traversal mechanics, and arcade-style combat pacing.
Built on Blockchain Infrastructure
What distinguishes Artyfact from more conventional arena shooters is its integration of Web3 systems. The game operates on the BNB Smart Chain (formerly Binance Smart Chain), incorporating blockchain-backed digital ownership into its ecosystem.
In Artyfact, in-game assets such as legends (playable characters), weapon skins, and jetpacks are minted as NFTs. According to the project’s framework, this allows players to retain verifiable ownership of their digital items, trade them on secondary markets, and potentially monetize rare cosmetics or assets outside the game’s immediate ecosystem.
The title also utilizes the ARTY token within its competitive structure, including esports tournament rewards and broader ecosystem incentives.
While blockchain integration remains a debated topic in the wider gaming industry, Artyfact continues to position decentralized asset ownership and tokenized rewards as central pillars of its long-term vision.
