Moonray: Battle Lands is a free-to-play multiplayer third-person action arena game for PC (Windows), mobile (Android) and console platforms (PS5, Xbox One) by Moonray PBC. Blockchain Integration
WhitepaperThe larger Moonray web3 ecosystem aims to feature some of form of decentralized governance, through the use of DAO protocols, a partially player-owned economy where players can effectively own and trade various game-related digital assets (e.g. skins, cryptocurrency) outside of the game, using smart contracts built on the Ethereum blockchain to record and secure transactions and ownership thereof. The game integrates Moonray’s cryptocurrency, $MNRY, which serves as a governance token, player reward and premium currency.
Moonray: Battle Lands is not open source. While ownership of digital assets is decentralized and secured on the blockchain, users may not be able to run the game in the event that its online service is prematurely shut down.
