ChronosWorlds is free-to-play* action platform game for mobile (Android, iOS) and PC (Windows) by Sphere Studios. The game combines real-time combat, exploration, and character progression within a system of both handcrafted and procedurally generated worlds. Players can engage in solo or multiplayer modes that range from cooperative dungeon expeditions to competitive player-versus-player encounters. Alongside combat, the game integrates RPG-style progression, item crafting, base building, and trading systems, creating a diverse gameplay structure that emphasizes both individual skill and long-term development. Additionally, ChronosWorlds integrates blockchain technology (unknown) to record and secure ownership of game-related digital assets earned or purchased by players such as NFTs (characters, items).
*The game is completely free-to-play, with optional monetization for cosmetics, season passes, and non-competitive upgrades. No pay-to-win (P2W) mechanics.
Game Features
- Post-Apocalyptic Universe: The setting encompasses varied and hazardous environments, including forests, glaciers, dungeons, and volcanic regions. Each world presents distinct environmental challenges and hidden elements that contribute to the overarching narrative.
 - Exploration and Procedural Generation: Gameplay alternates between curated dungeons that advance the story and procedurally generated levels offering unpredictable layouts and endless variation. Exploration yields materials, collectibles, and crafting resources.
 - Real-Time Combat System: Combat emphasizes skill, timing, and tactical choice. A wide range of weapon types—melee, ranged, elemental, and magical—allows players to adapt to diverse enemy encounters and combat scenarios.
 - Multiplayer Modes: The game includes both cooperative and competitive modes. Players can join small teams to complete PvE dungeons and boss battles or engage in structured PvP matches featuring formats such as free-for-all, mini royale, and elimination tournaments.
 - Character Customization and Progression: A progression system supports multiple classes, such as Warrior, Tank, Mage, and Assassin. Players can upgrade attributes, install part enhancements, and modify loadouts to suit preferred playstyles.
 - Team and Traveler Development: Each Traveler can be strengthened through upgrades and equipment changes. The system provides both cosmetic customization and gameplay-focused improvements that affect performance in battle.
 - Base and Empire Building: As players advance, they unlock new buildings and upgrades, allowing the development of a personal base that functions as the central hub for crafting, character enhancement, and resource management.
 - Dynamic Economy and Trading: Players can exchange equipment, weapons, armor, and crafting materials through a trading system that supports a player-driven in-game economy.
 - Loot and Risk Management: The acquisition of resources and valuable loot is balanced by the risk of loss upon defeat in certain modes, introducing a strategic dimension to exploration and combat.
 - Social Hub and Interaction: The “Broken Temple” lobby acts as a multiplayer meeting space accommodating large numbers of players. It enables trading, crafting, social interaction, and team formation before entering missions or dungeons.
 - Seasonal Updates and Live Events: The game follows a live-service model with periodic updates that introduce new content, limited-time modes, and balance changes. Seasonal challenges such as “Ambush” feature unique enemies, dynamic environments, and exclusive rewards.

Blockchain Integration
ChronosWorlds aims to feature some a partially player-owned economy where players can effectively own and trade various game-related digital assets (collectible items, characters) using smart contracts built on a blockchain to record and secure creation and transactions thereof.
ChronosWorlds is not open source. While ownership of digital assets is decentralized and secured on the blockchain, users may not be able to run the game in the event that its online service is prematurely shut down.
